I see what you're saying. Roberton is quoted as saying something about sending US government 'covert operatives' to "take out" President Chavez - who 'just happens' to be Black. I don't know if Robertson thinks we're all stupid, since there aren't very many 'interpretations' of this modern phrase to "take" someone "out". And we don't mean to dinner. Robertson said this on television and in public, although not on "public television" in the sense most of us use that term. Thanks for writing!
